Grasshoppers
Getting ready for school
Pre school children at Queens Pre-School are called Grasshoppers. They benefit from the optimum balance, of carefully planned early year’s educational subjects, structured and free play.
The children’s work in the Grasshoppers is an extension of earlier achievements in the Ladybirds and Butterflies. The carefully tailored English, Mathematics, Science, Technology, History, Geography, and Art curriculum is methodically planned using the Early Learning Goals. Research shows that an educational pre-school provides a child with solid foundations for future learning, whilst developing social skills, independence and self esteem.
