Our people
Every child has a ‘Key Worker’ who maintains a detailed record of development and learning. The legal requirement is that half of the staff in a Nursery must hold a formal childcare qualification.
Queens Pre-School Day Nursery and Queens Baby Nursery exceed this requirement, and is owned and managed by a fully qualified teacher with twenty five years professional experience. Each member of staff has been carefully selected for their genuine love of children. Regular staff meetings are held.
There is a professional appraisal system in operation to ensure staff development. We have an excellent record of in service training and staff development through in service professional training.
